Project description
Our customer had bought a prefabricated house and wanted an equally easy, quick and simple solution for the house’s foundations. We provided screw foundations with our GroundPlug® PilexProTM range.
Screw Foundations are an ideal solution for prefabricated houses. The foundation can quickly and efficiently be ready for the delivery of the construction, which is simply hoisted down and mounted on the ready-to-roof foundation.
Installation
As part of our delivery, the foundations were calculated by our skilled engineering team based on the project information and soil conditions. The construction site was organised and the 14 Pilex- ProTM foundations were installed in approximately 5 hours and were ready to receive the house the same day. There was no waiting for digging or additional staff. No curing time for concrete and no disposal of soil. The assembly process left the surface almost free of distortions.
We can install GroundPlug® PilexProTM Screw Foundations all year round in both rain and frost and on building sites that are difficult to access.
