Project description
In 2007, we were involved in the installation of 500 street lamps in the municipality of Rødovre. As there were many electrical lines in the affected area, the use of traditional concrete foundations was very impractical. Therefore, we first exposed the cables and then installed our GroundPlug® screw pile foundations. The installation was effective and fast, which resulted in a beneficial building proces for all parts involved.
Installation
For this project we used our innovative GroundPlug® SK foundations. The installation process was particularly simple and fast, as the foundations could be simply set into the ground without any prior excavation. This allowed us to achieve significant time savings during the installation process, which minimized the traffic obstructions caused by construction work in Rødovre.
