PilexProTM
The GroundPlug PilexPro™ Series is installed with an excavator. The series is available in several dimensions and lengths, which can be extended up to 16m. Used for construction up to several floors and in poor soil conditions.

GroundPlug HE foundations are primarily used as the foundation for noise barriers, but can also be used for other project types.

Beam

Project description
One of Denmark´s biggest railway projects today is the Ringsted-Femern connection, which will connect Germany and Denmark through a tunnel under the sea. In order to protect local residents from noise of bypassing trains, GroundPlug® was given the task of providing foundations for noise barriers along the rails. As subcontractor to MJ Eriksson, we delivered foundations for a 16km long and and 2-5m high noise barrier made of aluminium.
Installation
The noise barriers along the Ringsted-Femern line are built on H-profiles, which are designed by the Danish Rail Net company. H-profiles with slot holes do provide very few adjustment options and therefore place significantly greater demands on precision during installation. In contrary, GroundPlug® HE foundations are adjusted easily with a flexible bolt connection, which makes the installation process significantly faster and easier.
