PilexProTM
The GroundPlug PilexPro™ Series is installed with an excavator. The series is available in several dimensions and lengths, which can be extended up to 16m. Used for construction up to several floors and in poor soil conditions.

GroundPlug HE foundations are primarily used as the foundation for noise barriers, but can also be used for other project types.

Beam

Noise barrier Sanderum

Project description
In 2019, we established a 4m high and 1600m long noise barrier in Sanderum., where noise pollution from the E20 highway been a problem for a long time. Now, the new GroundPlug® noise barrier dampens the noise of the highway to the benefit of the local residents.
In addition, 400m of new crash barrier were established in front of part of the noise barrier. On the remaining section, the noise barrier was placed on the embankment to reduce the noise as much as possible.
Installation
This noise barrier stands on our patented GroundPlug® HE foundations, which enable a particularly effective and fast installation. The screw group of the foundations can be adjusted with +/- 70mm, which allows a precision of +/- 5mm during installation. This special system was also an advantage during the installation of the noise barriers in Sanderum, as it allowed us to ensure an effective and resource-saving construction process.
