Noise barrier Svendborg

In order to reduce noise pollution for heavily affected residential areas along Sundbrovej, a noise barrier was built along the highway in Svendborg in 2015. At GroundPlug^®, we were responsible for the construction of the 690m long and 4m high noise barrier. This noise barrier consists of aluminium cassettes clad with vertical wooden piles – a design that integrates naturally into the environment on both sides of the highway.
